Eternal Sundown VI
There is a state of uncertainty I'd love to bring forth,
one that requires the moons' patience to be maneuvered.
My feet tacked deep in the shore of a boundless limbo.
I tire with each sunset;
boundaries restricting me in the place where silence meets darkness.
Night spreads out her arms only to keep me away;
leaving me coiled up against frost bites in the fog of earth's cold sighs.
To be accepted and not wanted, acknowledged but never needed.
When the firmament presents dawn,
and the sun's shadow falls beneath the earth's feet,
I come across self-hate assembled amongst the weary, the mischievous,
and the ones who take my existence for granted.
Inside me is a spirit burdened by countless seasons spent between loathing and jealousy.
